Gentle Yoga & Sound Meditation

Join us for 45 minutes of gentle therapeutic yoga & breath work to help guide the body into a relaxed state. This will be followed by 45 minutes of sound meditation in shavasana with Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls and a 28" Chinese Wind Gong, which will guide you deeper into your meditation practice.
